4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

4.2 We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or service.

4.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandConnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4.4 BrandConnex is not responsible for payment processing. All payments are handled by Stripe.

5. Use of Services

5.1 You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

5.2 Registration requires accurate business and contact details. You are responsible for account confidentiality and activities.

5.3 You may not access the System using automated tools, bots, or scripts.

5.4 Unauthorized replication or redistribution is strictly forbidden.

5.5 You agree to indemnify and hold BrandConnex harmless from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.

5.6 BrandConnex may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 You are solely responsible for any content you submit or post.

6.2 You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading.

6.3 By posting content, you grant BrandConnex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it.

6.4 We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6.5 We may use your company name, logo, or content for promotional purposes unless you opt out by contacting us.

6.6 You may not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.

6.7 Content must comply with applicable laws and not infringe third-party rights.

7. Billing and Payment

7.1 Payments are processed via Stripe and must be made in full at time of purchase. All sales are final.

7.2 Trials must be canceled 24 hours before expiry to avoid charges. Subscriptions renew automatically.

7.3 Cancellation does not stop active ads. You must manually pause or remove them.

7.4 A 12-month subscription contract applies, billed monthly. Early termination does not release you from payment obligations.

7.5 Written cancellation notice must be provided 30 days before renewal. No refunds will be issued for the current or prepaid periods.

8. Privacy and Data Use

8.1 Your use of the platform is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which outlines data collection and usage.

8.2 Upon account termination, we may retain data for legal or operational reasons for a limited period.

9. Communications

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international contract law.

12.2 In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be submitted to a mutually agreed arbitration center or court with appropriate jurisdiction, taking into account the location of both parties.

12.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights under the laws of the country in which you reside if such laws provide mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by agreement.
